Jason Cruz
Born, raised, and educated in Los Angeles, Jason humbly calls Silver Lake home. A product of public school education, Jason proudly attended John Marshall High School prior to attending the University of California, Los Angeles where he received his Bachelor of Arts with a major of Political Science and a minor in Chicana/o Studies. Post-graduation, Jason took his talents to a boutique law firm located in Koreatown where he immersed himself in the legal field. Curious about the legal aspects of the securities industry, Jason then worked for FINRA Dispute Resolution Services where he aided in the protection of investors’ interests and helped ensure the stock market’s integrity.
Jason quickly learned that he loved helping others but the legal field wasn’t the right career path for him. Growing up in a real estate and construction household, Jason’s childhood often involved visiting different job sites and unique homes. From going over blueprints with his father, to aiding with finishes, to seeing the faces of homeowners when a project was completed, a core of Jason’s childhood memories repeatedly included some form of real estate. Coupled by his love of helping others and his childhood memories of construction and real estate, a lightbulb clicked for Jason and his real estate career began shortly after.
For Jason, nothing is more gratifying to him than the feeling he gets from helping people meet their real estate needs. You can count on him to always do what's in your best interest. He knows how important it is to find your dream home or get the best offer for your property. Whether you are an experienced investor or a first time buyer, Jason can help you in finding the property of your dreams. As a younger agent, Jason's abundance of energy and tenacity ensures he will get his clients into the home of their dreams at closing.
When Jason isn’t out assisting clients, you can either find him hiking the trails of Griffith Park with his German Shepherd, at Dodgers Stadium cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers, or at the Rose Bowl supporting his alma mater’s football team.
