BUILDING WEALTH THROUGH REAL ESTATE
Anthony understood that the best way to build wealth in our Country is through owning real estate. None of the companies that Anthony had worked at in the past had focused on wealth building for their clients. At the heart of the collective , we are guides to building wealth through real estate. We are not your average agent who simply searches for homes or lists them on the mls. Anthony realized that there was not enough education being put out on a local level, teaching people how to build wealth through real estate. We have created a company that is education driven, both for our own agents, and our clients. WE ONLY HIRE 20% OF THE REALTORS WE INTERVIEW
When establishing the collective, it was important for Anthony to build a very different company with only the highest level of agents. Agents who would exceed their clients expectations, agents who were education focused, agents who could truly be guides in building and protecting their clients’ wealth. At the last company Anthony worked for as a manager, there was a quota of netting 5 agents a month. This was a very tall order from corporate, and because of this, the quality of agents brought on to the company was typically below average. Many brand new agents or agents that were not working as full time agents were hired. These agents would not be the guides to wealth building that Anthony needed. At the collective, we only hire 20% of the agents we interview to make sure we are able to give the highest level of service to our clients.
HELPING REALTORS BUILD WEALTH
Anthony was shocked at how many real estate agents didn’t own their own home. Mainly because the average income of a real estate agent in L.A . was between $30,000-$40,000 and they could not afford to own. If agents were going to help their clients build wealth through real estate, they should be doing the same for themselves. He found that the average real estate agents had no clue how to build a business. As independent contractors, at large real estate companies, there simply wasn’t the time or resources to help individual agents build a career worth having. At the collective, agents have the opportunity to attend classes and mastermind sessions, set up free coaching session, call Anthony for advice (not just during business hours), and more.
