David Wilson

David M. Wilson has been an active member of the real estate community since purchasing his first Washington, D.C. condo in 2015. With a passion for financial literacy, he immediately noticed the impact homeownership has on wealth accumulation and financial stability which serves as the motivation for his client service. David carries the values of building trust through transparency, showing integrity by leading with great service, and delivering success by thinking “big picture” on everything he does.

He has worked over 14 years as an IT and Business Transformation Consultant, helping Fortune 500 clients and the Federal government improve and better monetize their organizations. David has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an MBA with a concentration in Information Security, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) amongst many other certifications. David is also a real estate investor and developer with more than eight successful flips under his belt. He owns a few investment properties in Washington, D.C. and is planning to expand his real estate development business to Los Angeles. 

David was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan but later relocated for work to New York City where he developed a soft spot for community health. Prior to his move to Los Angeles, he served on the Community Advisory Board of many organizations during his eight-year residency in Washington, D.C. When David isn’t making homeownership a dream come true for his clients, or serving as a consultant on other developer's projects, he enjoys spending time with his two French Bulldogs, Daxel and Maci, or traveling the world where he's been lucky enough to experience 60+ countries across six continents. David currently lives in Downtown Los Angeles, but is looking forward to serving clients all over the greater Los Angeles area.
